So this is what happening here

What is happening to the company I am working here? Well, from what I can see... The staffs, are no longer happy working in the company... They want to be treated fairly, nicely. Company can simply deduct their commission without informing... They can just cut this and that without even telling you verbally and then you will suffer from confusion. This ain't healthy at all.

I am not sure if this happens to other company...

Taking Medical Leave is not "Allowed"... If one really sick, if he or she still can walk, he or she MUST come to work also! Weekend, you are not allowed to take Medical Leave, or else your commission will be deducted...

Taking annual leave, say your cousin or someone got married and you wanna apply a day off, you MUST pass the ORIGINAL invitation card in order to get your leave approved!

Being a Manager in this company, you got to stay FULL DAY at the outlets and you have no weekend! Yes, you are right, your day off is only available during WEEKDAYS! Gosh!

Medical leave again... The BIGGEST boss in the company always emphasize on this... When he was young, he never take a single day off for medical leave. Even he is sick, as long as he can walk, he will work. No matter how, he will just work, work... and work... Ya, as a boss, he has to... but being a staff, if the company treats them nicely, I believe one will do the same as him also. But IT IS NOT!

Many other unhappy scenarios which I have seen in this company... Ya, too much... So then I have just posted a post on my FB a moment ago: If one works happily in a company, die die also, the one will die hard hard for the company; but vice versa, one not so happy with the company, die die also the one won't give a fuck to anything you ask... so, just go fly kite and die... ya, that's me... If I am working happily in a company, I will do whatever my superior ask for and I will even put a lot of initiatives on my job... but if I am not happy working in a company, it will be no-effort-at-all...
